| 1 | Initial contact in which we complete a web consultation assessment to establish your goals and requirements for your proposed web site. This meeting will be held at your convenience and usually takes 2-3 hours. A printed copy of the assessment will be provided shortly after the consultation. |
| 2 | Using the completed web consultation form, a formal plan will be drawn up and submitted for your approval. This will include a sitemap & hierarchy of your proposed site and an illustration of the design specifications. |
| 3 | A one page website will be constructed and uploaded to the internet as an illustration. This will include (where applicable) dynamic menus, texts styles, colour schemes, and flash. |
| 4 | Any changes to the one page website can be submitted and a subsequent meeting can be arranged. The illustration site will then be amended ready for formal approval. |
| 5 | On approval, the construction of the remaining pages to your site are completed. At this stage your website will be thoroughly tested across the following web browsers; Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari. The site will also be tested for user friendliness. |
| 6 | 'Meta Tags' are implemented to enable search engine optimisation features on your website, with an aim of getting into the first page of a 'Google' search (based on company name). |
| 7 | Web analytics are embedded into your website. A user name and password will be provided so that you can log into your analytics page and view the statistics of your site (see statistics). |
| 8 | On completion an invoice will be submitted for the remainder of the bill. Once this has cleared your website will be transferred from one of our holding sites onto your web domain. |
